If you've got the love for a bombastic torch song, there's plenty to enjoy on British four-piece Arthur Beatrice's second album. Frontwoman Ella Giradot is a master of balancing elegance and impact, belting on “Real Life”, while offering sultrier whispers on “I Left You.” The arrangements have bloomed from their debut's hushed R&B, too: the London Contemporary Orchestra amp the intensity of “Healing” and “All I Ask” crests skywards on a life-affirming gospel choir.
