Propelled by their melodic iteration of amapiano, Mapara A Jazz serve up a high-octane sophomore project. Enlisting a range of vocalists between jazz-infused instrumentation, Mr Brown and Maxy KhoiSan notably add regional flair to “Ndikhulule” and “Kumele Balinde” respectively. While the album traverses different moods, single “Intozoiboshwa” employs the duo’s familiar combination of danceable rhythms, infectious hooks and catchy melodies.
