Artist Biography
Under the name DJ Infiniti, Scott Christina broke through in the late 1990s with his rave remix of La Rissa's slick club track, "I Do Both Jay & Jane." As a producer and DJ he remained an underground dance fixture over the next two decades, bringing influences of funk and new wave to his progressive electronica.
A native of South Florida, Christina developed a passion for electronic music as a teenager, starting out on a classic Roland W-30 sampling keyboard. After earning some international attention with his "I Do Both Jay & Jane" remix, he spent much of the 2000s producing a variety of progressive club tracks, landing a few minor hits of his own with songs like "Children of the 80s" and "Looking for Something," while working again with La Rissa and artists like Diana Fox, J-Break, and DJ-Icy. He garnered further attention in the early 2010s with "2001," his collaboration with DJ Magic Mike and remained active for the duration of the decade. ~ Timothy Monger
