In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Listening to east coast music was the start of my musical journey thanks to my Dad and brother, Jay-Z, Kanye West and Roc-A-Fella Records was the start of getting down to writing my own music and then I switch to the southern sound for more ear.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? J. Cole, The Off-Season Kendrick Lamar, DAMN. Travis Scott, ASTROWORLD These albums by far my best go to for music listening and considered classics in my rotation purposes. These three artist shaped for who I am and how I write and craft my sound.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Paintings” It's one of my top 3 songs I've ever wrote and compress and the first song I wrote for Oak Walter. Paintings is also the first song I performed on stage at Carolina Waves Open Mic in Raleigh, NC.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing in front of music lovers and fans because it's a healing process for me and show my emotions in front of the crowd and show out my talent.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Be nominated and performed at a festival in my hometown in front of 100 people, that feeling when you surround yourself with local people supporting you and your dreams is a blessing to me and it helps me keep going.
