Norwegian alternative rock band Seigmen became huge in the ‘90s with their powerful variety of dark, dramatic and deeply melancholy rock. Starting with an aggressive grunge-metal sound, songs like “Monsun” gravitated towards epic and soaring gothic rock, never letting go of their heavy guitar riffs and stark atmosphere. Known for their gang mentality, the band disbanded in 1999 but has since returned. In 2015 Seigmen released Enola, their first studio album in 18 years. Their name might come from a candy, but that's as sweet as these hard rockers get.
