Multicultural crew Culcha Candela have repped Berlin since forming in the early ‘00s, drawing on heritages from Germany, Uganda, Colombia, Korea and Poland, and seeking unity with their dancehall and hip-hop-inspired pop hybrids. Their clips are just as bright and colourful, with “Cool mit mir selbst” mixing absurd imagery into mundane daily tasks, and “Piste” taking the group out on the water for an eclectic boat party.
