Brothers Plura and Carla Jonsson have helmed one of Sweden's biggest rock acts, Eldkvarn, since 1971. Initially influenced by the progressive rock of the time, as well as Bob Dylan—a key influence throughout their career—Eldkvarn had gravitated towards a mix of punk and pub-rock by the late '70s with hits like "Pojkar Pojkar Pojkar" ("Boys Boys Boys"). They peaked at the end of the '80s with songs like the Springsteen-esque "Kungarna från Broadway", but had brought back the glory days by the new millennium with a string of thumping rock statements, including 2011's De Berömdas Aveny.
