Through seven years working as a paramedic, Ryan Stevenson distilled his daily exposure to human fragility into a gorgeous lyrical discourse on hope and resilience. First handed a guitar by his youth pastor aged 18, he penned songs while working and playing local shows in Boise, Idaho. A co-writing credit on TobyMac’s Grammy-nominated hit “Speak Life” in 2013 led to a deal with Gotee Records, chart-topping 2015 single “Eye of the Storm” and touring spots with Matt Maher and MercyMe.
