After spending the early '00s in and out of various boy bands, Alien Huang found fame as a TV presenter in Taiwan, and his return to music wasn't far behind. His solo material is mostly of a more rock flavour, whether it's full-on pop-rock chug or through the filter of a guitar-based ballad, with some experimenting with electro-pop and Auto-Tune, too. His smooth, youthful voice can convey all the sentiment of a love ballad, or get dark for an epic metal track.
