Lyrics

I hope you have enjoyed "This Is Eli Young Band: Greatest Hits" The album release special I appreciate that EYB has been giving us all the inside scoop On all the songs on this album Now, there are two new songs on the album We started this special with the first one, "Love Ain't" And they closed out this album with the other new song called "Where Were You" And it isn't really a song about Eli Young Band, but in a way, it's a song for the band "Where Were You" is one of the songs that like It's always nice for us to have these songs that feel like, almost like band songs Or like these kind of Rock 'n' Roll-esque things that we can kind of latch onto And it really kind of have our personality underlying the lyric I mean, it's not a song about a band But it's just something that we all relate to really, really closely (It says band, it says band in the song) It does say band in it, yes, yeah Honestly, I think "Where Were You" was such a selfish choice to make Because it makes us feel good We just started playing it live And the way that it makes the dynamic of speaking to the crowd It just feels really cool and really good One of the brand-new songs you'll find on "This Is Eli Young Band: Greatest Hits" This is "Where Were You" on Big Machine Radio
