From my little corner on this earth
Where lies my bed (my bed)
A chair a book
And a small window
Which I gaze out into the far reaches of the world
I behold the faces
And I hear the voice (and I hear the voice)
And while drifting between my inner world and my outer
I see young children
Throwing themselves upon each other with laughter and loud cries
I see boys with their faces upward lifted
Gazing upon a passing cloud
As though
Reading a note to youth
