He said Take Up Your Cross, but I said No. He said there's work to do, I wouldn't go. I saw my loved ones all around, like fallen wheat all trodden down, So I took my Cross in hand, I said I'll go. He said the way is long, I said I'll go. He said there'll be no song, I said I know.
