Atop of frozen mountain peaks
Sits the giant GRIM
And all the horrors that we speak
Begin and end with him
Deep inside his winter den
Aurora fires burn
For the taste of mortal men
His stomach churns

In the valley down below
Lies a village fast asleep
The giant walks through a driving snow
To find his winters feast
At a house on the edge of town
The hound dogs start to bay
As the giant settles down
And awaits the break of day
GRIM
Left all alone
Last of his breed
Gnawing on bones
Hungry for meat
Last of his kind
A ravenous beast
Soon he must die
Famine or feast
With the rays of the morning light
The giant starts his attack
When a figure comes in sight
A rider wearing black
Now she climbs down off her stead
The giant starts his charge
But an arrow has been freed
And it pierced the giants heart
