Every morning lately starts the same Paralyzing thoughts mislead my brain I remember it's no easier to say "I'll be okay, I'll be okay" The cold has gotten colder as I've grown Days got way more short and hard to hold I'm less like me than I've ever been before Will I be okay? And it just feels like I'll never feel right Right now it feels like the middle of the night I know I still mistrust the things I hear And curl right up, react out of my fear From overthinking thoughts that are not real Will I be okay?
