If you hate someone for no reason
But their nationality, religion, sexual orientation or race
Then let me cut you open and show that we all

If you don't accept a man who didn't choose his own flaws
Then you have no right to judge him and what he's lost
But the archetype for our former selves

Our own insecurities breed the borders of our hate
Leave us shuffling back and forth in endless debates
The way that I see may not be the same in your eyes
But if you're pushing hate, all tolerance is pushed aside

If your idea of peace is weeding out the weak

Your defenses to your monuments
Syphoned rhetoric
In an act so pathetic
The barriers will break and be swept by the flood
Our prejudice this illusion defined by blood
