Please Believe

My thing for anybody out there who's listening This is just to see if it helps anybody because I know That I needed that, you know And this is what I need is just to You know you're strong You are beautiful You are handsome You are here on this Earth for a purpose And I know how hard it can be sometimes Like sometimes we don't know what we're doing Or we don't know what we're meant to be here for Sometimes we don't even wanna feel like we wanna be here So my thing is to just stop Breathe and see Where life takes you I want to encourage somebody today to just Stop living in fear Stop allowing anything to stop you from achieving something Anything of like opinions or judgements of others affect you from doing something Or just not having the resources And not feeling good enough to do something So this is my moment to be like Just do it Right now I'm talking to God Cause everything I got I got when I prayed And everything I lost I lost when I stopped So now I'm gon' talk to you every day You had me wondering where I'll end up Had me wondering how my life will go Had me wondering wherever will I find somebody who cares about me and my soul But it feels like I'm already dead Contemplating reality versus in my head I been debating but now I see more clear than then You can't spell legend without the end I wanna go to Heaven But before my time to get in I'll be out here learning lessons Tryna count all of my blessings Yes I'll become the exception I'm exceptional at best when I go Off and go get lost in the music Yeah I'm blessed But I stress what's next I acknowledge I obsess All these worries in my brain but it's just cause I want the best Had too many self inflicted times that left me close to death But every time you were right there and then you said Please believe Believe Believe Believe Believe Believe Believe Believe Believe Keeping my eye on the prize Cleaning myself cause I'm done with the lies Seeing myself through all 3 of my eyes So my demons are no longer fucking disguised I'm not gonna care about what strangers think I'm supposed to do I'm focused on myself they don't know what the fuck I'm going through I'm higher Dire with fire desire Rhymer who ain't go no plans to retire I'm always gonna keep it one hundred and I learned to love it God I know you love me please keep me from being tired And I promise you When I die, I'm a survivor There's a lot of things that I'm working on To just be somebody that I envision in my head And somebody that I know is true in my heart to be But it obviously takes, um, you know A lot of hard work Never ever let anyone tell you what you cannot do Never ever let anyone tell you that you can't approve Of your own decisions this is your life And you only get one so you gotta live it hype You only get one so you gotta live it hype You only get one so you gotta live and Believe Believe Believe I encourage somebody out there today to just Live your best life, you know And the first thing it starts with is yourself
