God Has Angels

I hear God has angels Up there watching over us And I think that one of them is you I can't help but wonder What life could have been like If you'd only been around to see it through I feel that you are guiding me And I know that you can see Each and every step I take You're walking here along beside me God's angels come in every shape and size Sometimes they look a lot like you and me Like a sister or a brother Father or a mother An act of kindness takes you by surprise There's some that we'll never even see I know that God has angels watching over me When my mind seems troubled And I feel alone and blue I think of all the things that you might say Don't fear the road ahead Have a little faith instead It's then I look for signs that show the way I feel that you are guiding me And I know that you can see Each and every step I take You're walking here along beside me God's angels come in every shape and size Sometimes they look a lot like you and me Like a sister or a brother Father or a mother An act of kindness takes you by surprise There's some that we'll never even see I know that God has angels watching over me I know that I'm not in this world alone 'Cause God has angels watching over me Yes, my God has angels watching over me
