Here Right Now/There Somehow

The are movements within me There are movements outside And I have my doubts that everyone's alright Is this really me? Who am I gonna be? And I'm asking myself Why should I care about The birds and the bees And what's happening overseas I don't let it bother me now I'm here right now I'm taking a shower Rain's coming from the sky I'd rather feel high But I focus on the darkest spots within me that I can find I wanna believe in the songs that tell me That every little thing's gonna be alright I wanna have trust in those whom I disagree with And probably they'll see why they should care about The fish in the sea And what you have meant to me I don't let it bother me now Fuck my self-help books while I do mind the crooks That are still raging out there Messing with forests and bears There are things that are bigger than me But then again how great am I Throw a beam of light On your darkest spot inside Light up the stage For this brand new age I do care about birds and bees And what's happening with the trees The starting point of taking care Is to care about myself here right now I've been drinking too much Felt a little bit out of touch with you and me We are all the same Wasting our time playing silly games
