I have a coral reef in my gut
A forest of beech trees on my head
And a constellation in my eyeball
As such, you just might see the universe
When we meet
I host the skin of the earth on my fingernail
Moons revolve around my nipples every night
I have a glacier in my heart
And when I'm really lucky, a bird in my throat
So I can sing a proper ode to the ode
What does the hair on my big toe know
Of joy and of grief?
Likely more and less than I imagine
