Thanking God while I figure it out Got a project due - I can't do without Hate this group thing, why they be stressing me out And I got 4 other classes to worry about And with student pay I might just be working for fun Or working for lunch My best part of the days' when I'm finally done So I can focus on the music But truly We all know - that don't pay the bills yet Everybody asking son What you think you doing You think this is a game Or life is a movie You ain't finna live off these songs that you making Cuz everybody tries - and very few make it Lied about the price that I bought my equipment The fam couldn't know, that get too complicated Now they like you don't even charge for mixes But that's just how I rate this, I like to keep it sacred Imagine if I put price over creation And become everything that I hated That would make a hypocrite Remember back then used to wish for a lot of this Like 1k streams on a song Before I did that I already started gunning for the next one Taking every chance, I ain't waiting for a new turn I can't fail, that's a courtesy I extend It's amazing how everything they loves' what they blame me for Slightly overconfident, I still got it going for me Homework past due, I need someone to pray for me If I hear one more person tell me that's not how it works in the real world - I'm going for it it Make next to no assumptions Right now I'm like Serena at the US open Right now I'm like ronaldo and the goal is open Different league from the rest, I don't need no promotion I don't need anybody As long Jesus got me I don't need anybody But I take everybody Yeah It's so obvious, apparent But sometimes, I don't blame em - worry is a part of caring Devil get away, he cannot come near me Born from the lord know them boys scurry See the team winning or your vision blurry Walk like I talk & the god still talking Godly!
