I'm Alive

I lived each day of my old life As if I was not born to die I was guided by my sin And then, one day, God came to me The scales came off, and I could see A life that leads to misery He said repent and believe! And now I've come to learn the truth I'm on the vine and bearing fruit I am guided by my God So, everyday I live for Christ He knew my sin, still paid the price I give Him glory forever He said repent and believe Shed his blood on Calvary! I'm alive, and I'm not dead in my transgressions Through the blood of Jesus Christ! So, I bow down to the one who gave us life Son of God, our savior, Jesus Christ! He was more than a good man Much more than a prophet, bread of life, yeah! I'm alive, and I'm not dead in my transgressions Through the blood of Jesus Christ!
